Where can I buy tickets for events at Velodrom and UFO?
There is no box office at the Velodrom. Tickets can be purchased online via the ticket link our trusted sales partner in the corresponding event on our website.
We would like to warn you at this point against dubious ticket sellers! Please inform yourself about the proper sales channel when purchasing your ticket.
Do I need a separate ticket for my baby or small child?
Generally, very visitor needs a valid ticket, regardless of age. However, there are exceptions for some events. For more information, please contact the event organizer. You can find the contact details for the respective event on this website.
The event has been moved. Do I have to exchange my tickets?
If an event is rescheduled, purchased tickets remain valid. However, you have the right to return the tickets where they were purchased.
The event has been cancelled. How do I get my money back?
If an event is cancelled, you can return your tickets where they were purchased. Your money will be refunded.
May I redact the price on my ticket?
It is allowed to hide the price with a removable sticker. However, please do not overwrite any data on the ticket. In case of doubt, all information must remain legible.
